Allow yourself to score 60 points
Isn't it surprising to hear this?
When it comes to scores, maybe the first reaction in your brain is, isn't it best to score 100 points?
When I was in school, if I scored 100 points on the exam, the teacher would praise it, and the parents would reward it. 100 points of work, the customer will praise it, and the boss will reward it.
When I was a student, 60 points was the passing mark and the last line of defense to avoid being beaten. 60 points in adulthood is a full score line, and it is a survival line against fate.
But most of us have a hard time accepting 60 points, and each of us lives in this 100-point circle.
Gradually, we began to be anxious, began to roll in, and began to have a flat heart.
Today we are going to make a hypothesis, suppose that the requirements for ourselves are only 60 points, so what will happen?
Maybe when we do something, we don't care so much about the result, and we enjoy the process to the fullest.
You may not care about the gaze of others paying attention to you, and you will not care about the slander behind the backs of others.
Probably we keep surprising ourselves every day, because as long as it's over 60, it's a surprise.
Maybe we will be more confident, sunny and enthusiastic.
Probably ......The best state in life is to have a 60-point mentality
If we are 90 points of satisfaction with ourselves, then our happiness zone is only 10.
If our satisfaction with ourselves is 60 points, then we have a happiness range of 40.
Starting from 60 points, every time we make a little progress, we will be very happy, and the motivation to move forward will be very strong, and the final result we get may be beyond our imagination.
