Thai Prime Minister Saita met with Musk to promote cooperation in Tesla and other fields

Thai Prime Minister and Finance Minister Saita is in the United States for the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly, during which he met with United Nations Under-Secretary-General António Guterres and Tesla founder Elon Musk respectively to discuss cooperation in areas such as climate change, electric vehicles and space exploration.

According to Thai media reports, at around 15 pm on September 21, Saita held talks with Guterres in New York. Guterres congratulated Saita on his appointment and praised him for his innovative approach at the Climate Ambition Summit. These programmes include strengthening Thailand's relationship and cooperation with the United Nations and emphasizing Thailand as an important partner of the United Nations in the region.

In addition, Saita also communicated with Musk and the top management of Tesla, SpaceX and Starlink through remote meetings. Saita expressed a great vision for the future of cooperation in the field of electric vehicles and space exploration. He said that Thailand has excellent talents and resources, which are suitable for Tesla's investment and development.

Musk also expressed his appreciation for the potential of Thailand's human resources and expressed his willingness to work with Thailand** and relevant departments and agencies to seek support and assistance in terms of legal framework and investment benefits.

Saita said that his visit is to promote cooperation between Thailand and the international community, promote economic and social development in Thailand, and address global challenges such as climate change.
