Yanshan Petrochemical Blue Kingfisher Resource Comprehensive Utilization Project has built a complete set of rotary kiln incinerator equipment in the Yanshan Petrochemical Refinery plant area, supporting the construction of Class A waste warehouse, Class C waste warehouse, incineration workshop, pretreatment workshop and other facilities, and adopts a mature rotary kiln incineration processIt has the advantages of high harmlessness, good volume reduction effect, high resource utilization rate and small land occupation. After the hazardous waste is sorted, pretreated and incinerated in the device, the waste residue and fly ash will be sent to the hazardous waste landfill, and the tail gas generated in the treatment process will be discharged into the atmosphere only after the treatment reaches the standard, and the waste heat in the disposal process will be used to realize the reduction, harmlessness and resource treatment of some hazardous wastes in Yanshan Petrochemical and Beijing.

It is reported that the inspection and measurement center of the project completed the detection and data collection of calorific value, flash point, ash and halogen of more than 50 samples in three batches ahead of schedule, and successfully established the oxygen bomb combustion-ion chromatography analysis method to realize the rapid and accurate analysis of fluorine, chlorine, bromine, sulfur and phosphorus in the solid waste of the Blue Kingfisher project, with a detection accuracy of ppm level (10-6), which can greatly reduce the detection time when combined with calorific value detection, and provide timely and effective data support for the realization of device corrosion monitoring and the smooth operation of the device.
