In a recent interview, legendary coach Pieso Mosimane revealed that he has family in Kenya. Mosimane, who previously coached two teams, Marmelo Di Sandanse and Al Ahly, is currently unemployed after parting ways with Alwaheda. He said he discussed with his family about going on holiday to Nairobi.
Recognised as one of the best African coaches, Mosimane won the South African Premier League four times during Marmelo Di Sandarnes' tenure and won the African Champions League in 2016. Mosimane has been linked with several coaching positions, including a vacancy for a key South African Premier League team, Kaizechaz. However, in a previous interview, he mentioned the challenges he faced when accepting a position with the Kaezawa Chaz team.
Mosimane said he was open to taking on new challenges from different teams after the Christmas holidays. In addition, Mosimane is optimistic about the performance of the South African national team in the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations matches in January. He believes that Bafana Bafana (South African national team) has the ability to reach the knockout stage. However, he also admitted they will face formidable opponents, including their opening game against Mali on 16 January, Namibia on 21 January and the final group stage game against Tunisia on 24 January.
