If you take a closer look at these car companies or brands that have obtained L3 test licenses, you will find that it is not Huawei, Xpeng and other companies that are recognized as superior in autonomous driving technology that are the first to show their access qualifications.
On the contrary, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, SAIC, and Changan, which have always been considered to be relatively backward in intelligence, were "arranged" early.
