If I had to conclude one piece of advice for young graduates that they should follow through for the rest of their lives, it would be:
Be sure to develop a positive mindset, improve your problem-solving skills, and learn to monetize all the knowledge you've learned.
01 Positive mindset
Maybe you just want to live your life in peace, but you always need to jump twice to prove that you've been there.
Whether you earn 2,000 or 5,000 in your first job, try your best to increase your salary by 50% after three years.
Whether you are in the system or outside the system, you always want to move your position up to the next level after three years, right? Even from the grassroots to the group leader.
Maybe you don't think money or power is important, and I think the same way. But aren't these two aspects the best direction to exercise our positive mindset?
There will always be some things in life that we need to face positively, so why not lay a good foundation first. Save us from panicking and even heartache when things happen.
02 Problem-solving skills
There will always be problems in life that you can't solve, but you have to solve all the conditions you should have, and then you can leave the rest to God.
Don't limit yourself by thinking that you are an ordinary person, as long as others can do it, you must be able to do it too.
You may not be as perfect as others, but you will be able to make your own conditions just as perfect.
Concentrate on building your own longboard, so that you can get more attention and ** degree. Don't waste your youthful time on reducing your shortcomings. Because what you need is to stand out from the crowd first, not to be ordinary without flaws.
03Monetize all your knowledge
The knowledge here is not limited to what you have seen and heard from various channels, but also includes the human feelings, the concepts of good and evil, and so on. This is what is often referred to as cognition.
You can't make money outside of your knowledge, and this truth is actually less rigorous in the course of history. At the time of reform and opening up, many people still made a lot of money because their awareness was far from enough. (Some people will say that they see an opportunity, but I think most of them are the only ones who have a chance to survive).
Whether young or middle-aged, at home or abroad, in fact, most people do not know how to monetize their knowledge. They prefer to use knowledge as a talking point for showing off, in exchange for envious eyes and vanity.
Monetization is not about survival, it's about giving you the opportunity to give yourself more choices in life. Don't be forced by the environment to take an unwilling road.
Knowledge in the eyes of ordinary people, applying it in a different scene will have unexpected effects.
In the future, the more people who integrate knowledge and better, the more the market will love him.
