Fault value (r0949, binary):

1) Bit 0: Phase u short circuit.

2) Bit 1: Phase V short circuit.

3) Bit 2: Phase W short circuit.

4) Bit 3: Reflector enable failure.

5) Bit 4: U ce cumulative error signal interrupted.

Repair process. 1.First of all, check the internal rectifier module, inverter module, and measure the diode characteristics are normal. If the power transmission conditions are met, the inverter will be powered, and the inverter will be started according to the start-up steps, and the alarm F30022 will still be alarmed

2.View the historical fault value parameter R0949:4. It represents that there is a short circuit in the W phase, and the relevant line devices are further detected

3.The three-phase IGBT is triggered normally, and the fault of the IGBT is eliminated.

4.The optical fiber cable of the three-phase drive loop is detected to be normal, so it is judged that the W-phase IGBT driver board is faulty.

5.Replace the W-phase IGBT driver board, and the test is normal.

6.To the site for installation and use, observe the operation, no alarm F30022, the original fault repair.
