Kollmorgen servo drive repair alarm N12Load Motor Defaults For encoders: Load the default values of the motors when the motor numbers stored in the encoder and driver are different.
Kollmorgen servo drive voltage overvoltage repair method
1. The voltage is too large.
We see a lot of things when customers don't check the voltage from the power side before powering up the drive. There are a lot of power supplies that have variable voltages, and if you use the wrong power supply, bad things will happen. For example, if you have 240 voltage input supplies providing 20 ohms of resistance to the circuit, the amperage will be 12. Normally, the circuit can only handle that amount of current. If you suddenly apply 480 volts using the same formula, you will now have 24 amps in the circuit, which is twice the current. In most cases, this will take you away from the component.
