The demands of the masses are handled accurately. Adhere to an all-round and multi-channel understanding of netizens' demands, promptly collect information on netizens' messages on various platforms such as Hunan, Red Net, and Weibo, Douyin, and county-level, and arrange special personnel to do a good job of replying, transferring, tracking, and daily maintenance on all types of message platforms at the same time, and forming a working mechanism for regular daily browsing, collection, and archiving. This year, the county has handled more than 416 messages from netizens, with a completion rate of more than 97% and more than 400 netizen problems solved.
