In the information age, I don't know if you will have such troubles:
Faced with a bunch of information, I don't know how to take notes, I don't even know how to summarize the main points I want, and then after a while, I forget everything I have learned;
Or they don't know how to "look down" the book, and it is difficult to "break off" the knowledge points;
Or the context is not clear, and it cannot be classified, resulting in the inability to establish its own knowledge base, and it does not know how to integrate the old and new knowledge points together, and can only input knowledge, not output.
I can't take notes in Xi, which eventually leads to the fact that although I have learned a lot of knowledge, I can't effectively apply it to work: I can't grasp the key points in meetings, I can't figure out my ideas, and I can't keep up with the progressOr the plan cannot be reasonably arranged, and it is impossible to distinguish the priorities of things, resulting in low efficiency.
In the book "High-performance note-taking method", Ke Zhou, a master of efficient note-taking, summarized these pain points as low efficiency, which is manifested in inability to remember, understand, use and do not do well.
So how do we reverse the current ineffective way of learning Xi work that doesn't take notes?
First, we need to understand what type of Xi we are.
Ke Zhou believes that the type of learner Xi determines the effect of Xi learning. He divided Xi into two types: one is a continuously active Xi learner and the other is a stage active Xi.
The so-called continuous active Xi refers to people who are passionate about learning Xi and like to continue to participate in various Xi activities and participate in various communities. But unfortunately, this type of Xi has not achieved great achievements because of their participation in more clubs and organizations.
Stage-active learners Xi are those who are enthusiastic about learning Xi, but they do not go around learning Xi, but bury themselves in practice what they have learned, and only after mastering them will they start the next stage of learning Xi.
Compared with the continuous active Xi, the Xi of the active are constantly exploring in the alternation of theory and practice, and the Xi of the active can focus more on a certain field or a certain kind of knowledge.
Therefore, stage-active Xi are more likely to succeed.
In fact, knowledge is only a tool for us to work and socialize, but if we want to master it, we can't learn Xi for the sake of learning Xi, but after learning Xi knowledge, we are willing to spend time and effort to study, and then put the knowledge points into practice, and constantly repeat the process of learning Xi and practice, so that we can really do a good job.
In general, it is to learn by doing, learn by doing, and never give up until you do a good job.
However, it is worth noting that there will be a lot of knowledge we have learned, but whether it is useful or not, this has to be filtered by ourselves. That is, we must know how to "distinguish the false from the true" for the knowledge we have learned, that is, to retain the information and knowledge we need, to delete the information and knowledge we don't need, not to stay in the anxiety of "insufficient mastery" of information and knowledge, and to continue to learn Xi and practice repeatedly.
In a word: use knowledge to promote action, and test knowledge with action.
