Compact rotary vane flow sensor DFT from kobold in Germany

Mondo Cars Updated on 2024-01-30

DFT's compact rotary vane flow sensors offer the same rugged reliability as the DF series in a compact, more economical design. The flow sensor uses an inlet nozzle to redirect the flow onto the impeller, so like many other rotary vane flow meter designs, there is no straight pipe section requirement. It is available in two material combinations to measure a wide range of liquids. The metal-plated brass version measures water, light chemicals, and low-viscosity liquids (<10 cst), while the plastic PTFE version is resistant to corrosive chemicals. An open-collector frequency output is standard with optional analog and controller outputs, and an LCD display, analog flow transmitter, programmable relay, and totalizer and dosing controller options are available.
