After 2009, the sales volume of "Wujiang mustard" reached 7120,000 tons, ranking first in the national market share of mustard products.

With market sales, Zhou Binquan also thought of going to the capital market to obtain a broader world, but at that time the mustard group was a wholly state-owned enterprise, according to the regulations at that time, did not meet the requirements of the joint-stock company, in order to become bigger and stronger and long-term incentives for the management, Zhou Binquan led the company to boldly carry out modern enterprise system reform.

In November 2007, Zhou Binquan led the management to increase capital and shares, and led the completion of the shareholding system reform.

On November 23, 2010, Fuling mustard was listed on the Shenzhen ** Stock Exchange, raising more than 500 million yuan, becoming the first stock listed in China's pickle industry.
