Yangtze River Network News (correspondent Zhou Qiang, Zhuo Zhang Peng).According to a press conference on December 1, the 23rd China Economic Conference will be held in Wuhan from December 2 to 3. The annual conference includes 76 special topics and special activities, such as the opening ceremony, keynote speeches, roundtable forums, lectures on Haiwen, and recruitment of economics teachers in colleges and universities. The annual meeting is jointly sponsored by the Secretariat of the China Economic Annual Conference and the School of Economics of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.
The annual meeting also invited academic leaders, industry experts and young scholars from all over the country to introduce their latest research results around their respective research fields, and at the same time exchange and discuss major theories, practical problems and innovative views in economics.
More than 500 papers were submitted in both Chinese and English, and 135 papers were selected after rigorous review by experts, covering dozens of fields such as development economics, urban and regional economics, population, labor and health economy, macroeconomics, resource and environmental economy, micro theory and behavioral economy, and institutional and political economy.
It is reported that the China Economics Annual Conference is the largest and most influential academic event in China's economics field, and has been successfully held for 22 sessions since 2001. As a platform to strengthen the exchange and cooperation between the economic departments of colleges and universities and other economic research and teaching institutions at home and abroad, it is of great significance to improve the academic research level of China's economic development, promote the cultivation of economic talents, and explain the story of China's economic development to the world.
