I read a few pages of a book before I go to bed at night, and I can fall asleep happily and get a good night's sleep.
I used to think that to do all this requires a high degree of self-discipline, I need to force myself, and I need to develop Xi for a long time, but I didn't expect that after I learned to increase my energy, it was just a matter of course.
In the famous book "The Secret" that teaches the law of attraction, it is written: All the energies in the universe are vibrating at a certain frequency, and as one of the energies, you will also vibrate at a certain frequency. No matter what time you are, it's what determines your frequency is what you think and feel at that time.
The author believes that everything in the world, including human beings, is a kind of energy, and since it is energy, it will not disappear out of thin air, but will only flow. When you are anxious and fearful, the good energy starts to drain and the negative energy followsAnd when you are in the midst of joy and gratitude, you will be like a magnet to draw positive energy to you.
The so-called law of attraction works like this, good ideas attract good things, and negative thoughts cause bad results.
This is true from my own experience. Whenever I was worried that something bad would happen, it came as promised, and whenever I was anxious, I felt like I was sucking away all my strength, and I just wanted to lie in bed.
Low energy not only led to low productivity, but also affected my mental and physical health. I decided to follow the methods provided in the book and start practicing the Law of Attraction on my own, and it worked out well.
1.Confront negative energy
All bad things and ideas are stuffed into the mind, and the end result is to cause people to fall into internal friction, which in turn affects their ability to act. The best way to do this is to face them head-on.
My approach is to write them down one by one, and the process of writing them down is a process of combing, letting myself know "what the hell am I bothering about", like dumping garbage, from my mind to the paper.
When I finished writing, I had a feeling that I had finished venting.
2.Give orders to the universe
To crave things that I would not normally dare to think of. A big deposit, a beautiful house, an order to the universe and tell it what I want.
Practice what the Law of Attraction says, be bold and demand, and the universe will respond to my thoughts.
3.Believe and feel the joy of making your dreams come true
Once you've decided what you want, believe that you can get it and feel the joy of getting it.
Every night before I go to bed, I imagine myself cooking, resting, and living in a beautiful house. The details are the fridge full of delicious food, the soft beds in the rooms, and the bright sunlight letting in from the floor-to-ceiling windows.
Imagine it over and over again in your mind, feeling happy and satisfied.
4.Be thankful for everything
Gratitude is a powerful way to transform energy and bring more good things into life.
Be grateful for what you have at the moment, they will feel happy, they will enjoy being with you, and you will attract more good things.
When I wake up every morning, I silently thank my body in my heart for being able to recharge my sleep and be able to devote myself to the new day
Thanks to the quilt on my body, such a cold weather keeps me warm and warms;
Thanks to my alarm clock, walking tirelessly every day, waking me up on time in case I miss work.
Be thankful for everything
I did the above four methods at the same time every day, and in just two days I felt that the negative energy in my body disappeared and was replaced by joy, contentment and happiness.
Like this article, I wanted to write it and wrote it immediately, but I probably put it aside because I didn't have enough energy to act.
