First, let's create a new blank document.
1. Page size and orientation settings.

The header refers to the area at the top of each page in a document that can be used to display things like the title, company name, and so on. In the Header Footer options area, you can select the desired header format and enter the desired header content.
2.Footer settings.
A footer is the area at the bottom of each page in a document that can be used to display things like page numbers, dates, and more. In the Header & Footer options area, you can select the desired footer format and enter the desired footer content.
3.Page number settings.
A page number is the area at the bottom of each page in a document, and you can choose the appropriate page number setting. Page numbering settings can be selected for style, position, scope of application, and so on.
3. Other settings.
1.Columns.
Columns refer to the layout of text in a document into multiple columns. In the Columns option area, you can select parameters such as the number and width of the columns, and adjust the width of each column. You can choose one column, two columns, etc. Usually the documents we use are the default column, and if you choose two columns, your content will be divided into left and right structures.
2.Separator.
A separator is a symbol that separates different parts of a document. In the Separator options area, you can optionally insert different types of separators, such as page breaks, section breaks, and so on.
3.Line numbers and breakpoints.
Line numbering refers to setting a line number for each line in a document for easy reading and editing. In the Line Number options area, you can select parameters such as whether to display the line number and the start digit of the line number. Breakpoints are when a breakpoint is set at a specific location in a document for subsequent editing and layout. In the Breakpoints options area, you can choose to insert different types of breakpoints.
