In recent years, the upgrading of social needs has put forward higher requirements for the real-time health monitoring of key infrastructure equipment represented by major equipment, and the technical upgrade from manual inspection to intelligent sensing is imminent. Due to the inherent problems of electronic systems, traditional MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) sensors still have limitations in extreme environments such as high temperature and electromagnetic interference. With the vigorous development of optical fiber sensing technology, the "MEMS optical fiber sensing technology" is expected to solve this problem. However, at present, MEMS fiber sensing technology is still in its infancy in the field of intelligent structural health monitoring, and there are great limitations in practical application.

The wide-temperature, multi-parameter, high-precision MEMS fiber optic sensor developed in this project aims to break through the technical limitations of traditional MEMS sensors and fiber optic sensors, provide a new technical solution for multi-field sensing needs, and promote the development of related application fields. The project has completely localized independent intellectual property rights, and after the successful research and development of the project, it will fill the gap of domestic MEMS optical fiber multi-physical quantity sensors and improve China's technical level in the field of sensors. This project is also a new starting point for the development of Tefa Information Technology, through which it will effectively enhance the underlying R&D capabilities of Tefa Information in core sensor devices, as well as the company's industry-university-research joint development capabilities, and build a technical moat for the company's high-quality development.
