The front part of the battery was protected by two stringers, and the strength of the center reinforcing plate of the instrument and the center channel of the floor was increased from 780 MPa to 1500 MPa. The steel at the overlap of the front impact beam with the ACE carrier has been increased from 590MPa to 780MPa.
