As a typical representative of clean energy, photovoltaic power generation plays a pivotal role in promoting green development and achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality. Since October 2022, Changqing Oilfield Oil Production Plant No. 10 has actively responded to the call of the national "double carbon" goal and the overall deployment requirements of "clean substitution, strategic succession, and green transformation" of oilfield companies, and made full use of favorable factors such as the geographical location of the well site and the surrounding sunlight to promote the "settlement" of 41 distributed photovoltaic power projects for power generation, so as to maximize economic, environmental and social benefits, and run out of the "Huaqing acceleration" of new energy construction, and the oilfield construction has entered the "optoelectronics" era of green and low-carbon transformation.

In recent years, in the journey of building a high-quality "innovative, efficient, green, intelligent and sharing" modern oil production plant, Changqing Oilfield Oil Production Plant No. 10 has taken new energy projects as a long-term strategic measure to promote high-quality development, and has made every effort to build a green, low-carbon, clean and efficient, multi-energy complementary supply new energy model, and promoted the integrated development of oil and gas and new energy business.
In order to further promote the efficient operation of the new energy business, the plant strengthened the organizational structure, integrated the resources and strength, and adhered to the concept of "completing one, connecting one to the grid, and generating one power generation" in the construction of distributed photovoltaic power generation. Through the application of the clean power platform and the Changqing industrial data collection platform, the power stations are effectively monitored, so that problems can be found at the first time, faults can be analyzed at the first time, and solved at the first time, so as to ensure the power generation rate to the greatest extent. At the same time, for the power station with fluctuating power generation, analyze and find the cause in time, so that the equipment operation, weather changes, and data transmission are well understood. From October 5, 2022 to December 18, 2023, the power station has been connected to the grid for 439 days of safe operation, and there have been no misoperation accidents and safety liability accidents throughout the year.
