Recently, the Xinye County Procuratorate held a typical case writing sharing meeting in the "Youth Police Night School". The night school was taught by Zhang Yongheng, a police officer of the First Procuratorate Department of the court, and all young cadres and police officers under the age of 40 participated in the training.
In the class, Zhang Yongheng focused on case writing, from the selection criteria of cases, how to discover guiding cases, the direction of case writing, the style of cases and other modules, combined with his own thinking and understanding, to explain in detail to the cadres and police, not only in simple theoretical explanations, but also in close to the work of case analysis. Zhang Yongheng pointed out that cases are the most vivid teaching materials for the rule of law. A case is better than a pile of documents, not only must we have the ability to predict the case, but also grasp the characteristics of typical cases, and handle cases with the awareness of typical cases.
In the subsequent exchange and sharing session, the cadres and police officers spoke enthusiastically, combined with their own work and writing experience, and talked about their feelings and conversations.
