This means that these sectors are the main contributors to carbon emissions and therefore need to be traded to control their emissions. 2.As confirmed by the latest verification results and newly commissioned in the previous year, the annual greenhouse gas emissions are expected to reach 260,000 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (combined energy consumption reaches 10,000 tons of standard coal).
