The so-called "four opportunities" refer to the development of supply and marketing cooperatives after the reform and opening up, four larger, and different focus of the opportunity period. However, the supply and marketing cooperatives have missed opportunities again and again.
1. "82 opportunities" refers to the 1981 **1 document and the 1982** document on the reform of the supply and marketing cooperatives system, we can also call it "the opportunity for recovery and reconstruction", the document requires the supply and marketing cooperatives to combine with the vast number of farmers in accordance with the principle of cooperatives to restore and rebuild the supply and marketing cooperatives in the real sense.
2. "95 opportunities" refers to the fact that in 1995, the Communist Party of China proposed to restore and rebuild the National Federation of Cooperatives in the form of "Document No. 5", implement a comprehensive reform of the supply and marketing cooperatives, and change the supply and marketing cooperatives into market entities, create a new supply and marketing cooperative economy, change the "industry" into "enterprises" and "enterprise groups", and make the supply and marketing cooperatives bigger and stronger.
3. The opportunity of the construction of the "new network project", after the supply and marketing cooperatives experienced a run on the shares of the members, the Communist Party of China issued the "No. 5 document" again in 1999, which solved many remaining problems in the supply and marketing cooperatives and curbed the momentum of the supply and marketing cooperatives to continue to decline. Opportunities have always coexisted with crises, and when opportunities come, if they are used well, they are opportunities, and if they are not used well, they are disasters. The supply and marketing cooperatives have turned opportunities into crises again and again.
1. The crisis of supply and marketing channels has lost the "two-way circulation channel" of "industrial products going to the countryside and agricultural products entering the city", the channels are no longer there, and the "supply" and "marketing" have lost their color.
2. The capital credit crisis, with the run on members' shares as the general flashpoint, suddenly hit the social influence of the supply and marketing cooperatives into a trough.
3. The crisis of the business position, the run on the shares of the members, the handling of the remaining problems and some other reasons, resulting in a large loss of the assets of the supply and marketing cooperatives, the incomplete business position, and no longer have the asset advantage.
4. The crisis of overoperation, at the whole social level, when there is excess capacity and products, the supply and marketing cooperatives do not change themselves, rise and fall in the entire business crisis, lose the share of market competition, decline in efficiency, and are difficult to protect themselves.
5. The crisis of capital going to the countryside, in the new historical period, capital enters the rural market, which is overwhelming, and in the final cake division, the supply and marketing cooperatives are not ready, and there is not even a little sound, perhaps it is another "touch the pillow and the sky".
