Afghanistan** is aware of the importance of industrial development, and also emphasizes self-reliance, which is generally a rhetoric to cheer up when the external environment is low. Jobs cannot be separated from improving electricity self-sufficiency, and production capacity and continuous supply can be the basis for the recovery of all walks of life. In addition to Afghanistan, which is a sunny country, the development of solar energy can provide electricity for the population without electricity in Afghanistan. The mountainous and watery north can also rely on hydroelectric power.

Afghanistan's Parwan Provincial Press Office said that the Minister of Water and Energy, Abdul Latif Mansour, visited the Gulbahar Panjshir Dam and said that efforts to allocate funds for the budget and start the construction of the dam are underway. The Gulbahar Panishir Dam has a water storage capacity of 4900 million cubic meters. It has the capacity to generate 116 megawatts of electricity, and 70,000 hectares of farmland will also be irrigated. The Ministry of Water and Energy submitted a five-year plan for the development of the electricity sector to the Economic Council of the Islamic Emirate. Based on this plan, there will be 200 power generation projects in the next five years.

Although Afghanistan is rich in natural resources and abundant water resources, the production of domestic resources has been neglected for a long time, and the residents of the capital always face the problem of electricity shortages in winter. At present, Afghanistan is a rare environment with a better environment to improve its self-sufficiency and sustainable power supply capacity in a timely manner.
