Introduction to Lin Songtao
Lin Songtao, a senior technical expert in the national metallurgical construction industry, a national building structure safety inspection and appraisal expert, enjoys the best special allowance, and is currently the chief expert of China Metallurgical Construction Research Institute. Lin Songtao has long been engaged in the theoretical research, technology research and development, standard preparation, engineering application and industrialization of engineering structure diagnosis and treatment, and is committed to the research and engineering practice of safety detection and evaluation technology of major nuclear power infrastructure. Since the construction of China's first Qinshan nuclear power plant, in more than 30 years, a technical system for the whole life cycle detection, monitoring and reliability evaluation of the nuclear power plant containment system has been created. The acceptance criteria for the strength of containment structures, the safety evaluation methods and standards during service, and the theory of later life extension are proposed. He has presided over the completion of 4 national R&D projects, presided over the preparation of 7 national and industry standards, published 2 monographs, published 32 articles, authorized 15 patents, and won 1 second prize of National Technological Invention Award and 1 second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award as the first award. The results have been applied to all self-built and foreign-aided nuclear power projects in China, and have achieved significant social and economic benefits.
