The territory of Luoning County is like a spirit turtle looking forward to welcoming the sun, and the well-known Heluo cultural symbol "Hetu Luoshu" comes from here, and the source of Chinese character culture and history - "Cangjie Word Table" also originates from here. The ruins of Yangshao culture and Longtou culture highlight the profound cultural heritage of Luoning County, where literati and writers have shed many precious poems.
2) Location analysis.
Luoning County, Henan Province is located in the mountainous area of western Henan, located in the middle and upper reaches of the Luohe River, belonging to Luoyang City, the ancient capital of the Thirteen Dynasties. The overall plan is to connect the areas of Dayu Mountain, Jiaoli Village, Luo Academy, Alpine Peony Garden, and Xiangqiao Bay Mountain Residence with Vena culture as the context to create a cultural tourism brand integrating culture and research experience, leisure and health, cultural creativity and other industries.
The Heluo area has a strong historical and cultural accumulation in the Central Plains, and with the help of this cultural background, with "Heluo culture" as the core, and at the same time integrate other cultural elements of the project base to position the brand culture of the project. Problems such as the vacancy of traditional buildings, the lack of restoration and protection work, and the inadequate configuration of rural public service facilities lead to the waste of existing scenic spot resources due to the lack of famous scenic spots and the imperfection of tourist routes.
Second, the design concept
In order to respond to the call of the country and actively be a "practitioner of the beautiful Chinese dream", we must keep up with the requirements of the times and transform to a new industry. The purpose of this design project is to build a characteristic small town, and in terms of industrial structure, it is guided by industrial systems such as leisure and vacation, literature and health preservation, and ecological research to build a comprehensive industrial structure.
We conducted an in-depth investigation of the current status of infrastructure and industrial development, and decided to upgrade and transform it on the existing basis, and at the same time, integrate some landscape elements with the cultural heritage of Vena to connect the cultural landmarks of various regions. We take the creation of characteristic tourist resort towns as the starting point, and develop in this direction, which can not only drive the development of local and surrounding tourism, but also promote the Heluo culture contained in each region and fully display it in the field of vision of tourists.
Through on-site investigation, it was found that the project area is relatively broad, and the existing cultural relics are small and scattered. Therefore, when planning the base, culture can be used as the main clue to "connect" each scenic spot, and at the same time, the unified planning of similar cultural theme attractions can be carried out, which can not only fully show its cultural connotation, but also facilitate the creation of spatial atmosphere.
3. Development principles
1) Principles of sustainable development.
Abundant water resources and beautiful geographical environment has always been the geographical advantage of Luoling Township, in any land development and tourism resource expansion, whether it is urban construction or rural construction, we must follow the principle of sustainable development in planning and design, always uphold the awe of nature, and carry out reasonable and standardized development on the basis of not damaging the natural environment.
Luoning, which has the landform of "seven mountains, two plateaus and one river", has beautiful scenery and pleasant climate, whether it is its rich fresh water resources, high-quality human resources, or forestry resources, rich mineral resources and ecological energy with the reputation of "the hometown of green bamboo", which is the accumulation and precipitation of the long history, and these resources are difficult to regenerate once they are damaged. Therefore, as latecomers, we should not artificially destroy these gifts that nature has given us, not only for the sake of the land we live in, but also for the benefit of our future generations.
2) Respect for historical principles.
Luoning County not only has beautiful natural scenery, but also the birthplace of Heluo culture, in addition to enjoying the beautiful scenery of the motherland, tourists can also have a face-to-face close exchange with the Chinese civilization. Therefore, in the design and development planning, we made full use of the influence of "Bamboo Township with Chinese Characteristics" to develop and design bamboo leaf tea, bamboo rice, bamboo rice dumplings, bamboo moon cakes and other products with the reputation of "Luoshui Bamboo Fragrance", and actively created the brand series of "Luoshui Bamboo". In addition to the advantages of "Northern Bamboo Township", Luoling Township is also known as "the first walnut township in western Henan". Luoling soil is fertile, the climate is warm and moist, the sunshine is sufficient, it is very suitable for the growth of walnuts, every household grows walnuts, and the village of Luoling Township is also selected as an organic walnut demonstration base by the Chinese Academy of Forestry. Visitors can participate in activities such as picking, peeling, and drying walnuts, as well as the selection and appreciation of walnuts.
