When I was a child, because of my parents' job changes, I settled down in Sichuan and went to school in Henan. Maybe since then, I don't have too strong local feelings, so I dare to go.
Although I have been to many places, I have been engaged in the study and research of food from my undergraduate degree to the present, and it is like a fixed "anchor" in my life full of changes. The reason for choosing this major is also very real, that is, I feel that "the people take food as the sky", and it is easier to find a job in a major close to life.
In 2012, I graduated with a master's degree, and my parents were working in Guangxi at that time. In order to reunite with my family, I went to Guangxi to start my first job as a technician in a dairy factory. I learned a lot of knowledge about the technology and process of food processing in the production line, and knew how to industrialize the theoretical knowledge.
Since then, I have worked in product research and development in a number of food companies, mainly responsible for designing formulas, adjusting tastes, product pilot tests, and following commercial production. Those companies are not very large, and the basic processes of food development that I can get into are somewhat similar.

When I first joined the company, I was mainly responsible for intellectual property in scientific research. This work requires knowledge of both food science and patent protection. In my previous professional study and work practice, I basically had the former, but I knew almost 0 about the latter.

I attended many free training courses provided by companies, and it took me more than a year to learn the basics such as the steps of applying for a patent and how to write application materials. After becoming proficient, I am responsible for applying for many invention patents.
In my opinion, the basic work of applying for a patent is fixed, such as searching for patents, avoiding duplication with existing patents, writing materials according to relevant regulatory requirements, submitting application processes, etc., the key is to identify the core of patent protection and realize the empowerment of the market. If a technology applied to a product is approved for an invention patent, the patent logo can be marked on the packaging to show the scientific and technological content of the product, which can greatly enhance the recognition of the product by consumers.

This is the first time that the invention patent of the goat milk industry has appeared in the China Patent Award, which means that Jiabei Aite has filled the gap in the goat milk industry in China's patent award.
As early as 2018-2020, this patent has been applied for and approved by the partner in charge at that time, and I am responsible for applying for awards, which needs to prove the industry's advanced nature of the patent and its contribution to industrialization.
The DPP-IV inhibitory peptide in this invention patent is a natural hypoglycemic functional factor, which has the advantages of mild and long-lasting effect, stable nature, almost no toxic reaction, and the coexistence of a variety of hypoglycemic components. As the person in charge of scientific research project management, although I am not directly involved in the research of each project, I must ensure that I understand the research purpose of the project, measure the feasibility, judge its value to the development of the company, and coordinate the resources of all parties to ensure the development of the project.
At first, I was really confused. There are many highly educated doctors and returnees in the research team, and the partners of Ausnutria's industry-university-research cooperation are also experts from well-known universities and top scientific research institutes at home and abroad.
Therefore, when I listen to the special reports of the experts, I will pay attention to the references they mark, and then look for them one by one, and when I encounter problems that I really don't understand, I take the initiative to ask the experts for advice, and I don't give up if I don't fully understand the research ideas of the project. Nowadays, no matter what direction of scientific research project, I can understand that I don't look like a layman completely.
