2. Acceptance department: Municipal Public Security Bureau, county and district branches.
3. Window handling: whether to enter the government affairs hall: yes.
4. Location: The comprehensive window of the Public Security Bureau on the 1st floor of the District Government Affairs Service Center.
5. Processing time: 9:00-12:00 a.m. and 14:00-17:30 p.m. on weekdays, except for statutory holidays.
6. Service Target: Natural persons.
Acceptance conditions: Within one month after the birth of a newborn, in accordance with the principle of voluntary settlement with the father or mother, the newborn's father or mother or other guardian shall report to the public security organ at the place where the newborn's father or mother has a permanent household registration.
