How to composite construction of non curing waterproof coating and membrane

The combination of non-curing waterproof coating and membrane has great advantages over traditional membrane waterproofing in terms of construction method, construction conditions, construction time, etc. It can greatly shorten the construction time, reduce the impact of construction on the environment, and reduce the number of environmental factors. Leakage is caused by construction defects, therefore, it is widely used in the waterproofing of roofs and basements of modern buildings. So, how should the composite method of non-curing waterproof coating and membrane be constructed?

Preparation for construction. a) Basal surface. The surface of the base layer of the vertical wall should be solid, flat, clean and dry. The concrete surface must not have honeycombs, holes, protruding rebar heads and formwork joints. If it does not meet the requirements, it should be releveled.

The infiltration pipe of the outer wall is firmly fixed, and the chamfer of the yin and yang angles of the base surface is 50 50mm.

2) On-site custody requirements. Materials should be handled with care and stored in an appropriate location on site as required by the specification. Materials should be protected from direct sunlight and low temperatures, which may cause non-personal damage. Do not stack the material in layers to avoid compression and deformation.

Base treatment: The surface of the base should be firm, flat, dry, clean, dust-free, oil-free, and the corners should be made into a 50mm 50mm bevel or a 50mm radius round.

Application of base treatment agent: Apply the base treatment agent evenly on a qualified base layer. The treatment agent should be stirred thoroughly before brushing. When brushing, the thickness should be uniform, and there should be no leakage or accumulation at the bottom. Follow the principle of high first and then low, elevation first and then plane. After the paint substrate treatment agent is dry, the self-adhesive film can be laid.

Hot melt adhesive non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating: Before construction, the non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating should be heated in liquid state in the heating tank to reach the specified thermal service temperature before construction. Manual scraping heating temperature 120 °C, spraying temperature 150 °C.

Construction of non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating: evenly scrape or spray the non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating in the heating tank on the base layer, with a thickness of 1 After scraping the uncured rubber asphalt waterproof coating, roll up the self-adhesive waterproof membrane within 3 minutes, and then gently scrape off the surface of the membrane to discharge the internal air. The membrane should be firmly bonded with the uncured rubber asphalt waterproof coating.

Roll self-adhesive waterproofing membrane: After the base layer is coated with non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating, roll and roll the self-adhesive waterproofing membrane immediately. When laying the film, the surface of the film should be scraped lightly and the internal air should be discharged to make the film firmly bonded with the liquid rubber.

The lap width of the self-adhesive waterproofing membrane is 80mm, and the narrower part is not less than 70mm. The overlapping edges should be pressed with a pressure wheel. After the coil is pasted, it should be fixed with steel nails or expansion screws immediately. The fixed position is 10 mm from the edge of the coil, with 500 mm intervals, and is covered with a coil.
