Smart Express. In July 2022, Longnan City launched the "Digital Intelligence Longnan" City Center Project, which was jointly built by Ganzhou Mobile, China Mobile Integration and ZTE.

In the past, the data of various departments was stored in a decentralized manner, and the project established a Longnan government affairs data sharing system, taking the lead in realizing the seamless connection of vertical provinces, cities, counties and departments across Longnan in the province. At present, 38 departments have been gathered, totaling 10.7 billion pieces of data, 563 open services, open up the business system of the commission and office and the integrated system of government affairs in the hall, and realize the multi-scenario application of electronic licenses, real estate, provident fund, and human resources and social security, so as to achieve "more data and less errands for the masses".
