The TC-W100A thermocouple welding machine is a welding machine specially designed for welding precision welding wires used in thermocouples. Manufactured in the USA, the TC-W100A welds thermocouple wires together to form a uniform bead knot of consistent size and quality with no harmful oxide layers. The TC-W100A thermocouple welder will manufacture thermocouples for all commercially available thermocouple alloys.
A thermocouple is a temperature sensor made by connecting two different metals. The metal is usually a fine-gauge wire welded to a single point, usually in the shape of a round bead.
