For introverts, how to deal with yourself and others?

A person's personality tendencies are usually divided into two types, introverted and extroverted. However, this division is not an absolute criterion, as each person's personality is unique. Introversion and extroversion are not good or bad, but a manifestation of individual differences.

For introverted people, they usually like to be alone, think, and introspect, and like to work and think in a quiet environment. They are usually not sociable people, but are more focused on exploring and thinking about the inner world. Introverts are usually not good at presenting themselves in public and do not like to communicate with strangers. However, this does not mean that they are shy or timid, just that they prefer to present themselves in front of familiar people.

Extroverted people are the opposite, they like to socialize, communicate, and interact with people. They usually have great social skills and communication skills, and are able to communicate and connect with strangers with ease. Extroverts usually like to present themselves in crowds and enjoy interacting and communicating with others.

However, not all introverts have similar personality traits, and likewise not all extroverts are the same. Human personalities are complex and diverse, and introversion and extroversion are just two extremes of them. Each person's personality is unique and has its own strengths and weaknesses.

Some people may think that extroverted personalities are better because they represent confidence, cheerfulness, and friendliness. However, we also cannot ignore those who talk nonsense, make trouble out of nothing, and seek provocation. While they may be sociable and express themselves, their behavior can cause trouble and distress for themselves and others.

Similarly, introverts don't have to be negative or unfriendly. They may have their own unique strengths and talents, such as excelling in the arts, literature, science, and other fields. They may also make great friends and partners, as they are usually more detail-oriented and emotionally connected.

In short, everyone's personality is unique, and it doesn't matter if it's good or bad. We should respect each person's personality traits and not try to change or judge others. We should learn to appreciate the strengths and strengths of people with different personalities and work together to create a harmonious and inclusive social environment.
