CMPunk wants to succeed Sean Michaels as the head of WWE NXT.
As we previously reported on EWN, CMPunk visited the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, on Tuesday to train and work with NXT and developing wrestlers.
According to foreign media reports, Punk flew to the WWE performance center after appearing in RAW on Monday, and his arrival was a surprise, and he did not have this obligation originally.
Punk was also on Tuesday night's NXT TV recording live, where he spoke to the wrestlers behind the scenes to provide feedback on their matches. He reportedly spends most of his time at this world-class training facility and is happy to help anyone who comes to him for help.
The Saint from Second City observes various parts of the facility, including the Gorilla location, the hard photography area, the technical team, and more.
WWE Hall of Famer Sean Michaels is one of those who enthusiastically supports Punk's return to NXT, and according to people close to Punk, he doesn't take that support lightly.
According to reports, punks are welcome to the WWE show center at any time. Everyone at the center said that it was a pleasure to deal with punk, and his appearance caused a "huge" real excitement.
In addition, WrestlePurists reported that Punk's long-term goal is to succeed D-Generation X legend Michaels as head of WWE NXT when he finally leaves the role.
However, since there are currently no plans for Michaels to end his cooperation with NXT in the foreseeable future, such a possibility will not happen for a long time.
The return of CMPunk and his presence at the WWE Performance Center not only brought new inspiration to NXT and developing wrestlers, but also fostered new hope for the future of WWE. As an experienced wrestler, Punk's contribution to the industry goes far beyond his performance in the ring, and his mentoring and encouragement to the next generation will undoubtedly have a positive impact on WWE's long-term development.
At the same time, he has demonstrated his long-standing commitment and passion for wrestling by taking over Sean Michaels as head of WWE NXT.
