The special action focuses on large-scale e-commerce sales platforms, farmers' markets, fruit wholesale markets, supermarkets and fruit business entities, etc., to check whether the purchase channels of operators are transporting navel orange fruits from outside Ganzhou City, and falsifying the origin of navel oranges in the name of Gannan navel oranges for external sales;Check whether there is any unauthorized use of the Gannan navel orange geographical indication certification trademark without the permission of the trademark registrant, and whether there are illegal acts such as forging or unauthorized manufacturing of the Gannan navel orange geographical indication certification trademark;Check whether chemical substances other than food additives are used in the process of storing and processing Gannan navel oranges;For the illegal acts suspected of counterfeiting Gannan navel oranges, we will quickly investigate and deal with them strictly, so as to form a deterrent.
Up to now, a total of 21 farmers' markets and fruit wholesale markets have been inspected, 36 supermarkets have been inspected, and 86 fruit business entities have been inspected, and no illegal clues have been found. In the next step, Shicheng County will continue to carry out the work of cracking down on counterfeiting and protecting the rights of navel oranges in southern Gannan, guide operators to operate in accordance with the law and in good faith, maintain the brand reputation of navel oranges in southern Gannan, and promote the high-quality development of the navel orange industry in southern Gansu.
