The Marvel Cinematic Universe announced the dismissal of actor Jonathan Majors and decided to let him quit new Marvel films such as "Avengers 5" and no longer play Kang the Conqueror.
Majors is convicted of two misdemeanor counts of reckless harassment and assault on charges of assaulting ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari, facing up to one year in prison, with final verdicts due to be announced on Feb. 6 next year.
Majors' Kang made his debut in the first season of "Loki" and has since participated in "Ant-Man 3" and the second season of "Loki". Kang, as a key villain in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, originally planned to have his own big movie "Avengers 5: Kang's Dynasty", but the film has undergone changes such as the director's exit and the change of screenwriter.
Now Kang's fate hangs in the balance, and whether he will be replaced or abandoned for the role has not yet been determined. But it looks like it could be the latter - "Avengers 5" has no longer used the original title "Kang Dynasty", but has changed its name to "Avengers 5".
The Marvel Cinematic Universe has always been loved by the audience, and Kang, as one of the important characters, has attracted much attention for his fate. However, due to Majors' personal issues, Kang's future is uncertain. Fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe are looking forward to Marvel being able to fix this issue as soon as possible and give Kang a clear future.
