In April this year, Wu Guohua, chairman of China Military Junhong Group, and Zhang Liande, general manager of Tianjin Branch, went to Seoul, South Korea, to conduct on-the-spot inspections of South Korea's security industry and security enterprises, and opened the international cooperation model of China-South Korea security. In September this year, Lee Sang-cheol, president of the Korea Security Research Institute, and Huang Chengmo, former president of the Korea Security Association (** consultant), visited the China Military Junhong Group and initially reached an international strategic cooperation intention. Since then, in order to further promote the implementation of China-ROK international strategic cooperation, the two sides have held online interactive consultations and exchanges on several occasions.
On December 14, the signing ceremony of the "China-South Korea Security Cooperation Agreement" was held in Tianjin Zhongjun Junhong Tianjin Branch, Wu Guohua, chairman of Zhongjun Junhong Group, Wu Xueyan, general manager, Yao Na, secretary of the Party Working Committee of the group (legal representative of Zhongjun Junhong Security Company), Xu Longfei, deputy general manager and director of the operation department of the overseas operation center, and Wang Jian, director of the office, attended the ceremony. After the ceremony, the personnel of both sides conducted a research plan on the specific implementation of the cooperation agreement. The two sides unanimously decided to immediately send staff to each other, set up an international security agency, and obtain relevant legal procedures to carry out work in a coordinated mannerActively connect with South Korean institutions and enterprises in China and Chinese institutions and enterprises in South Korea, make full use of the existing platforms and resources of both sides, South Korea's advanced security technology products, keep an eye on the security needs of the development of the "Belt and Road", and provide reliable and powerful security guarantees.
The two sides plan to work together to implement the "three, six, and ten" development plan after the launch, which will develop a security project with 300 security forces in the first year, a security project with 600 security forces in the second year, and a security project with 1,000 security forces in the third year, so as to achieve a large-scale level of coordinated development of economic and social benefits.
