The flight took off normally from Zhengzhou Airport at 12:45 on the 17th, and at about 13:55, when the cabin attendant Lu Shan was in the middle of the cabin service, the one-year-old female passenger told the flight attendant that her wife was uncomfortable and could not raise her hand, and the flight attendant quickly reported the situation to the purser Luo Shan, who immediately went to the passenger for details, and notified the other crew members to turn on the cabin radio to find out if there were doctors in the cabin.
