Dear Unit Leader:
Hello!The Fifth National Economic Census is a major survey of national conditions and national strength at a critical moment when China is embarking on a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way and marching towards the second centenary goal, which is of great and far-reaching significance for comprehensively understanding China's economic and social development, accurately grasping the characteristics of economic and social development in the new era, strengthening and improving macroeconomic regulation and control, and serving to promote high-quality development. From 1 January 2024, the census registration will be fully opened, and your unit will be required to fill in the census registration form. In order to facilitate your unit to fill in the census data, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Please register for the census from January 1 to March 10, 2024Log in to the data collection and processing system of the Fifth National Economic Census(Fill in the census registration form as required.) If your unit isInput-output survey unit, pleaseAt the same time, the electronic statistical ledger of the input-output survey will be imported into the data collection and processing systemand submit the input-output survey registration form.
2. In accordance with the provisions of the Statistics Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations for the Implementation of the Statistics Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the National Economic Census, your unit is requested to actively cooperate with the census work, fill in the census data in a timely manner, and ensure that the data are true and accurate. Census subjects who refuse or obstruct census bodies and census personnel from carrying out their work in accordance with law, or who falsely report, conceal, or omit census data, will be given administrative punishments in accordance with law, and enterprises with serious violations will be identified as seriously untrustworthy enterprises in accordance with law, and sent to the national credit information sharing platform and the national enterprise credit information publicity system, and publicized in "Credit China".
3. Census agencies and census personnel at all levels will keep the census data filled in by your unit strictly confidential. These data information will only be used for census purposesExcept as a basis for statistical law enforcement, it is not to be used as a basis for carrying out specific administrative acts such as administrative permits and administrative punishments against census subjects
4. If you encounter any violations of the law or damage to the interests of your unit by census agencies or census personnel, please report to the Office of the Leading Group for the Fifth National Economic Census or local census agencies in a timely manner.

Hello!The Fifth National Economic Census is a major survey of national conditions and national strength at a critical moment when China is embarking on a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way and marching towards the second centenary goal, which is of great and far-reaching significance for comprehensively understanding China's economic and social development, accurately grasping the characteristics of economic and social development in the new era, strengthening and improving macroeconomic regulation and control, and serving to promote high-quality development. From 1 January 2024, registration for the Census will be in full swing, and you will be required to fill out a sample of self-employed households. In order to facilitate you to fill in the census data, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

3. In accordance with the provisions of the Statistics Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations for the Implementation of the Statistics Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Regulations on the National Economic Census, economic census subjects are obliged to accept surveys conducted by economic census agencies and economic census personnel in accordance with the law. Subjects of economic census shall fill in the economic census form truthfully and on time, and shall not falsely report, conceal, refuse to report, or delay the reporting of economic census data.
4. Census agencies and census personnel at all levels will keep the information you provide strictly confidential.
