At 10:16 on December 7, at the construction site of Qingshuiying Station in Ningdong Town, Lingwu City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, the first pole of the catenary of the Ningdong Railway Electrification Transformation Project was successfully assembled, marking the full launch of the "four electrics" major of the Ningdong Railway Electrification Transformation Project participated in by the China Railway Electrification Bureau.
Ningdong Railway is the first local railway built by Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region with self-financing, mainly responsible for the transportation of industrial raw materials and products such as coal, oil products and chemical materials in Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base, and is an important transportation channel and transportation support for Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and even the energy "Golden Triangle" region, as well as the main force and important hub node of the country's "West-to-East Coal Transportation".
Ningdong Railway is located in the northeast of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, passing through Qingtongxia, Wuzhong, Lingwu and Yanchi four counties and cities, with a total length of 24477 km, design speed 80 km/h. China Railway Electrification Bureau is responsible for the whole line of catenary, communication, signal engineering, as well as the construction of the new box-type opening and closing station in Dashagou, substation and other construction tasks.
According to the relevant person in charge of Ningxia Ningdong Railway, "electrification transformation is the third milestone in the development and construction of Ningdong Railway, which is of great significance, great responsibility and high social concern. The achievement of this important milestone will provide more efficient, safe and reliable rail transport services, as well as new opportunities for regional economic development. ”
At present, the Ningdong Railway uses diesel locomotive traction, which has low coordination with the surrounding railways, which affects the overall function of the road network. After the implementation of electrification transformation, the use of electric locomotive traction will effectively improve the transportation capacity and transportation quality of Ningdong Railway, reduce energy consumption and pollutant emissions, promote the interconnection and mutual access of national and local railways, and promote the formation of a green and low-carbon transportation structure, which will play a positive role in promoting the realization of the "double carbon" goal and high-quality economic development of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
According to the person in charge of the Ningdong Railway Electrification Transformation Project of China Railway Electrification Bureau, the catenary project is the main framework of the railway electric traction power supply project, which is a special form of transmission line erected along the railway to supply power to the train, with a rated voltage of 275 kV, consisting of contact suspension, support device, positioning device, pillar and foundation, etc. The whole line is designed to set up 6759 catenary pillars and erect 511 catenary bearing wires9 km.
In order to ensure the safe and efficient completion of the assembly of the first pole of the catenary, the project department has formulated a detailed construction plan, strict technical disclosure, and unified technical standards, installation standards and process standards for the whole line construction through the first piece calibration and model guidance. In the next step, under the overall arrangement of the construction unit Ningdong Railway Company, the project department will further optimize the construction process, strictly grasp the on-site management, strengthen the organization and scheduling, integrate innovative elements, and coordinate the work of the project construction with high standards, strict requirements and practical measures to ensure the safe, stable and orderly progress of the project construction.
