High-performance thread cutting accessories with integrated commutation gears The BLLZ thread cutting attachment has a modular design and can therefore be adapted to specific machines. They can be used in machining centers with automatic tool changes as well as in special machines.
The integrated maintenance-free reversing gears in GNCN and GNCK eliminate the need to change the direction of rotation of the machine spindle during the return process. Tension length compensation with ball release technology in the return stroke ensures a thread depth of 0 at speeds up to 4000 rpm15 mm 。The gnck thread cutting unit with coolant feed-through is designed for pressures up to 50 bar.
The precision chuck ensures that the tool is clamped securely. At high torques, e.g. bWhen the thread is formed, an additional drive can be made by means of a square shaft. The torsion arm locks the turret relative to the spindle, allowing for automatic tool changes. Once inserted, the lock is released and the device is ready to use.
High cutting speeds are possible with commuting gear technology. This results in a significant reduction in cycle times compared to conventional thread cutting. The spindle can be lengthened upon request.
