When did you start not worrying about being laughed at?

Whether we like to read books, watch TV or travel, like to sleep, meditate or be in a daze, like to eat spicy noodles or hot pot barbecue, there is no need to worry about others laughing at us. Happiness is your own business, there is no point in arguing about something, liking it or not is your inner feeling, it is a self-satisfying thing, not revealing it to anyone, it is still a matter of pleasing yourself.

When we don't worry about what others think, we are already living in our own happiness.

On the stage of life, we are all protagonists, and our joy and happiness should not be swayed by the expectations of others. We are to live in our own happiness, not in the expectations of others.

In life, we often hear a variety of different voices, some voices from our relatives and friends, and some voices from society. These sounds can all have an impact on us, making us feel stressed and uneasy. We must not let these voices dictate our choices and decisions, we must be firm in our beliefs and pursue our dreams and goals.

Everyone has their own values and lifestyle, and we can't change ourselves because of what others say. If we blindly cater to the expectations of others, then we will lose ourselves and lose the joy and happiness that truly belongs to us.

But living in our own happiness does not mean ignoring the feelings and opinions of others, we should respect the opinions of others and learn to reject those unreasonable suggestions and demands.

Joy and happiness are not given by others, but by the feelings and experiences of one's own heart. True joy and happiness can only be attained when we truly live our lives.
