More than 40 years ago, eating tofu was not an easy task.

Nowadays, eating tofu is like eating potatoes, and it is a common and cheap home-cooked dish. But I still inherited the old habit, every festival, I must buy a few pounds of tofu, Chinese New Year's Eve dinner with chicken and fish, but also a plate of stir-fried tofu, used to drink, refreshing, light, warm and pleasant.
