Fully automated cell imaging analysis systemIt is a high-throughput cell imaging system designed for 24/7 operation.

The automated cell imaging analysis system consists of a robotic arm for fully automated sample manipulation and a high-content imaging system that can be docked with a liquid handling device and a thermostatic incubator for fully automated scanning.

Programming by push buttons, the system automatically:

Grow the plates in the built-in stacker, which can hold up to 20 plates under culture conditions (37 C, 5% CO2).

Load and unload plates for imaging.

Supports all external** – incubators, stackers, liquid handlers.

Acquire high-quality images on the Wiscan Hermes automated high content screening system.

The acquired images were analyzed using Wisoft Athena self-image analysis software.

Use a variety of visualization tools (scatter plots, histograms, heat maps, time plots, dose curves, and more) to generate presentation-ready results displays.

Fully automated cell imaging analysis systemIt can be widely used in assay development, compound screening, transfection analysis, 3D models (such as spheroids, organoids), zebrafish imaging, primary cells, fixed cells, live cell imaging and other fields.

Fully automated cell imaging analysis systemWith flexible application capabilities, it offers 7 fluorescence colors, brightfield microscopy imaging, and a variety of air objectives. The system can accommodate a variety of multi-well plates and sample formats (slides, Petri dishes...).), and provide environmental control for live-cell analysis.
