Now, more and more young people choose to go back to the village to build houses, and because there is no professional design and construction unit in the village, there are various ways to build houses in the village. Some people who come back from the city will also bring back some good things from the houses in the city!

From my own use, I have a few suggestions for going back to the village to build a house!

1. Sink the bathroom as much as possible.

In the past, the toilets in the village were backfilled and returned, and there would be 1-2 steps, which was not very convenient for family members with children or the elderly and some family members whose legs and feet were not very convenient. Now it is commonplace to do sunken toilets in the city, so it is recommended that the village build a toilet or sink as much as possible, of course, the sinking part can not be so big, mainly in the squatting pit position to sink it, so as not to backfill a large amount in the later stage!

Second, the line is pre-embedded as much as possible.

In the old houses in the past, the wires and wires were basically surface-mounted, or the wires were directly installed in the trunking. It doesn't look beautiful at all, many people say that it is easy to repair after the line, I'm thinking, you have lived in your hometown for decades, how many times have you repaired? Therefore, as long as enough wire capacity is reserved for embedded dark wires, the possibility of bad is very low, and beautiful!

3. It is not recommended to make a bay window!

In recent years, bay windows have begun to rise in the village to build houses! The bay window is too small for the house in the city, and the bay window is used to steal some area to highlight the size of the room! And the village is generally very large. But where the room has more than 15 square meters, I don't recommend making bay windows, do you see those mansions with large flats, do people do bay windows? All of them are directly floor-to-ceiling windows, which look atmospheric! Therefore, as long as the room is big enough to build a house in the village, there is no need to make a bay window, and the structure of the bay window in the village is varied, and the potential safety hazards are relatively large.

Fourth, the bathroom and kitchen are recommended to make aluminum buckle ceilings!

The floor height in the village is generally relatively high, so many people's houses in the village, especially the toilet and kitchen, the tiles are pasted to the top, and the ceiling is also pasted with a mosaic, in fact, I think this is also a waste of money, if it is to make an aluminum buckle ceiling, the brick only needs to be 20 cm higher than the window or door, the upper part can no longer be tiled, and the ceiling does not need to be decorated! The aluminum buckle lamp is also good to install in the later stage!

Fifth, the toilet ventilation setting!

When we build a house in our village, they basically leave a hole in the toilet for ventilation, and then install an exhaust fan to pump like that, which I think is quite ugly. I am building a house now, and I have embedded a 110 pipe, and installed a ceiling exhaust fan in the later stage to exhaust the wind from the ceiling! This is much more beautiful, of course, the realization of this function also depends on the design of the above function, that is, the bathroom ceiling!

In addition to the above tips, I think there are some practical practices that can be learned, such as reserving the elevator shaft, making at least one suite on the first floor (that is, there is a bathroom in the room), not making beams in the room (the room can be made thick in the room), making the frame structure if the funds can, and piling the foundation as much as possible

The above are just some of my personal opinions, everyone's views are actually different, I hope it will be useful to you who are building a house!
