Since its opening on August 3, 2019, with the care and support of party committees at all levels, colleagues in the calligraphy and painting industry, and with the joint efforts of all teachers and staff of calligraphy and painting in our institute, it has opened an innovative model for the cultural circle. The work of the Academy of Painting and Calligraphy has been carried out smoothly. Now I will report the work of the past few years to all teachers and friends as follows:
1. Give full play to the advantages of the team and operate across bordersTake the road of innovation and steadily develop members throughout the year, August 2019 In December 2023, our institute has a total of 503 members, including 108 calligraphy and painting teachers and 395 enterprise council members. This year, the Academy of Painting and Calligraphy gave full play to its resource advantages, and successively cooperated with Shaanxi Preschool Teachers College, Xi'an Metro Development Resources, China Construction Group, China Nuclear Group, China Hydropower Group, China Railway Port and Shipping Bureau, China Construction Third Bureau, China Construction Eighth Bureau, China Fourth Metallurgical Construction Group, Hefei Construction Engineering Group, AVIC Xinyuan Construction Group, Zhongtong Guomai Group, Xi'an Greenland Construction Engineering Group, Baoji Second Construction, China Metallurgical Transportation, China Construction Third Bureau, Shaanxi Construction and Installation Group, Shaanxi Construction Development Group, Yuhua Construction Group, Xi'an Construction Engineering Group, China Construction Eighth Bureau, Shaanxi Sanhe Construction Northwest Construction Group, Jiangsu Zhongnan Construction Group, Northwest Comprehensive Construction Institute, China Metallurgical Transportation Northwest, China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group Corporation, Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group, Shaanxi Transportation Construction Group, Shaanxi Cultural Industry Investment Holding Group, Shaanxi Coal Chemical Group, Shaanxi China Tobacco Company and other large domestic enterprise groups have carried out in-depth cooperation, and Xi'an Jiaotong University, Northwest University of Political Science and Law, Chang'an University, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xijing Hospital, Tangdu Hospital, The First Affiliated Hospital of Jiaotong University and other educational and medical institutions, state-owned enterprises, central enterprises and other departments have established close and stable long-term cooperative relations. First, Xi'an Tuhua Media, a subsidiary of the Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, successfully obtained the Xi'an Metro.
The advertising operation rights of the first and second lines, and the second is the successful docking (Shaanxi Guotai Fenglin Industry Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Preschool Teachers College have joined forces to build the Shangluo Campus affiliated to Shaanxi Normal Institute in Shangluo, realizing the organic combination of education poverty alleviation and investment promotion, sending the gospel to the poor mountainous areas, and laying a solid foundation for the long-term development of the Minle Calligraphy and Painting Institute. The third is to set up two sketching bases in Xi'an, Lintong Lishan and Tianzhu Mountain.
2. Don't forget the original intention, keep in mind the social responsibility and sense of mission; This year, the Academy of Calligraphy and Painting has participated in 6 public welfare activities in Xincheng District, and has organized more than 20 calligraphy and painting exchange activities for its members. At the same time, I would like to thank the vice presidents Zhao Yanping, Ma Wuhua, Ding Fan, Wang Xianghua, Wang Xiaolu (Secretary-General), Xiao Zhicheng (Deputy Secretary-General) and other comrades for taking time to sit on duty in the Academy of Calligraphy and Painting for a week. This year, the Academy of Calligraphy and Painting has publicized more than 200 times in major news and official websites for its members Zhang Bolong, Liu Xiaohu, Cheng Zonggang, Si Yonglu, Wang Yantao, Tang Wan and other comrades, jointly enhancing the popularity of calligraphers and painters and the Academy. Some of the teachers' works of the Academy of Painting and Calligraphy are exported to Fujian, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Gansu, Hong Kong, Macao, Zhejiang, Xiamen and other cultural cities through the Academy of Painting and Calligraphy.
3. There are currently problems in the Folk Music Calligraphy and Painting Institute; Soon after the establishment of our Folk Music Painting and Calligraphy Institute, although we have made some achievements with the joint efforts of everyone, due to the lack of business philosophy, marketing strategy and the busy work and self-sustaining style of the members and teachers, the lack of communication and communication between members, the lack of exchange and learning opportunities, the lack of cultural activity atmosphere of the Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and the failure to give full play to the efficacy of the Folk Music Calligraphy and Painting Institute.
Fourth, looking forward to the coming year, it is a year for the Folk Music Calligraphy and Painting Institute to carry forward the past and forge ahead into the future；It is a year for all members to be enterprising and diligent in creation, and it is also a year for us to find gaps and make up for our weaknesses. In 2024, everyone will exchange and learn from each other, give full play to the resource advantages of the Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, continue to give full play to the strength of the team, find breakthroughs in management concepts and business strategies, and develop strengths and avoid weaknesses. We will share the best resources with member teachers, member companies, and governing units, and do our best to provide better services for each painting and calligraphy teacher. The first is the first sector service. The exchange activities are held on a monthly basis, and the excellent works are publicized in place, planned and packaged in place through various channels and official projects, and have reached a cooperative relationship with more than 10 official organizations. The second is legal support. At present, Shaanxi Pingfei Law Firm and Shaanxi Hongsi Law Firm have signed a contract with the Minle Painting and Calligraphy Institute, and more than 100 legal workers will escort and provide legal services for the calligraphy and painting teachers and governing units. The third is to meet friends with literature and increase efficiency. The Folk Music Painting and Calligraphy Institute will organize calligraphy and painting auctions from time to time to sell excellent works at home and abroad; At the same time, the Academy of Painting and Calligraphy sent special personnel to connect with enterprises and negotiate business activities; Let the existing calligraphy and painting teachers communicate face-to-face with the governing enterprises;

5. Teachers and friends, culture is a country, the soul of a nation. All the staff of our Folk Music Calligraphy and Painting Institute resolutely achieve "cultural rejuvenation of the country, starting from me". Resolutely implement the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, "culture rejuvenates the country, culture is strong, and the nation is strong." Without a high degree of cultural self-confidence and cultural prosperity, there will be no great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
