There are also many problems that need to be solved in flexible employment, such as the large number of workers, the diversity of composition, the non-standardization of labor relations, the low degree of organization, the lack of social security, the lack of rights protection services, and the difficulty of rights relief.
In response to the above problems, a number of deputies to the National People's Congress submitted relevant proposals at the two sessions this year, in which they proposed: we should continue to deepen the social security system that adapts to the gig economy; standardize the employment environment for gig workers, and introduce more industry-specific service standards and norms; standardize the employment behavior of gig economy and flexible employment platforms; Enhance the legal and safety production awareness of gig workers, deepen policy support for the gig economy, deepen the social security system adapted to the gig economy, and improve social security policies and measures for gig workers; Further standardize the employment relationship and employment standards between platform enterprises and workers, such as platform enterprise commission standards and workers' remuneration standards, and enterprises actively fulfill their employment responsibilities; Regulate the social insurance responsibilities and obligations of platform enterprises to workers.
