Recently, in order to further strengthen fire safety work and avoid the recurrence of fire accidents, China Property & Casualty Hebei Branch, a subsidiary of China Insurance, organized all employees to carry out a fire safety knowledge training and emergency escape drill. The purpose of this activity is to let employees deeply understand the hazards of fire, master basic fire safety knowledge and skills, and improve emergency response capabilities. Dai Zhisong, a lecturer at Zezhong Fire Vocational Training School in Hebei Province, was invited to give a lecture on fire safety training. The theme of this training is "prevention first, life first", mainly focusing on improving the ability of four aspects: inspection and elimination of fire hazards, extinguishing primary fires, organizing evacuation and escape, and fire publicity and education. Combined with typical fire cases in recent years, the lecturer introduced the common causes and potential safety hazards of fires in detail, and demonstrated the correct use and maintenance essentials of fire-fighting equipment on the spot, emphasizing the importance of improving fire safety awareness.
After the training, the participants practiced emergency evacuation activities in simulated fire situations. China Property & Casualty Hebei Branch, a subsidiary of China Insurance, said that the fire safety training activity improved the comprehensive quality of employees' emergency response and enhanced the company's emergency response capabilities.
