The "Judicial Joint Examination" is the abbreviation of the national unified examination, which was established in accordance with the "Opinions on Further Strengthening the Recruitment and Training of People's Police in Judicial-Administrative Organs" and is implemented for fresh graduates of judicial-administrative police majors in colleges and universities affiliated to the judicial administrative system.
Police academies are generally divided into public security academies and judicial academies, with the former facing the public security system and the latter facing the judicial system.
The Opinions make it clear that there are 16 colleges and universities affiliated to the judicial law administrative system. Among them, the Xinjiang Corps Police Officers College has been integrated and merged into the Xinjiang University of Political Science and Law to become a second-level college - the Judicial Police College (it is doubtful whether the Xinjiang College of Political Science and Law is a police academy qualification that can participate in the "judicial joint examination", because no clear documents have been found, it is now temporarily regarded as possible). Later, the "Xinjiang *** Vocational College" was added, and there are now 17 in total.
One institution directly under the Ministry of Justice: ** College, and it is also the only institution with a master's degree authorization point. There are 16 provincial colleges, 15 junior colleges and 1 undergraduate. 
Postgraduate Programs: Master of Laws (Prison Management and Correctional Correction); Undergraduate majors: The "Opinions" clearly include two majors: prison science and investigation science; Specialized Specialties: The "Opinions" clearly include six majors: criminal enforcement, criminal investigation technology, criminal psychometric measurement and correction technology, administrative enforcement, drug treatment and correction technology, and judicial information security. 
With the continuous adjustment of the catalog of colleges and majors, the majors that can participate in the "judicial joint examination" have also been newly adjusted, according to the various official information released by the first college and the police academy of the judicial administrative system of the provinces, it was found that three undergraduates and one major can also participate in the "judicial joint examination". 
The "national unified examination" of the judicial joint examination has not been fully launched, and some provinces use the form of unified examination to recruit graduates of *** colleges; Some provinces have formulated a "targeted recruitment plan" in the four-level joint examination for provincial civil servants to recruit fresh graduates of the judicial administrative police of their own judicial police academies.
