Recently, Dagang Oilfield held the 2024 QHSE Supervision and Inspection Work Meeting, based on the construction of the "Great Supervision" pattern, in-depth summary of the progress of the "Great Supervision" work, detailed combing of the current problems faced by the company, and a comprehensive clarification of the ideas, measures and plans for the construction of the "Great Supervision" pattern in 2024.

Since November 2023, Dagang Oilfield has vigorously promoted the construction of the "general supervision" pattern, strengthened the "6+1" supervision functions of HSE, environmental protection, wellbore, drilling and oil testing, surface construction engineering, quality supervision and quality, health, safety and environmental protection inspection, focused on the integration, sharing and collaborative work of 7 stations, explored the standardization of supervision processes, inspection lists, and problem determinations, and implemented weekly commentary, monthly reports, quarterly meetings, and "general supervision" joint working days.

Dagang Oilfield organized each station to go deep into key wells, key well stations, special operation points, key production and operation sites, new projects and other sites, carried out a total of 54 inspections, explained more than 20 standards for the front line, and issued 2 shutdown orders in strict prevention of well control risks and engineering quality risks, effectively improving the comprehensiveness, professionalism and authority of the supervision work. Dagang Oilfield continues to deepen the "great supervision", focusing on the working method of "supervision first, testing support, inspection and follow-up", and implementing the working mechanism of risk prediction and early warning, so as to help the group company develop its quality, health, safety and environmental protection steadily.
