Fast Technology reported on January 30 that InnoChina Technology announced that its Dongting series of enterprise-level SSDs have completed the adaptation with all Zhaoxin processors, and the functions, performance, compatibility, reliability, and stability can meet the needs of users, so they have obtained product compatibility and mutual certification.
The adaptation of the toughness SSD includes NVMe and SATA specifications, and the Zhaoxin processor includes KH-40000, KH-30000, KH-20000, KX-6000, KX-5000, ZX-C+, ZX-C and other series.
Founded in Shanghai in 2017, InnoGrit's business covers storage master control chips, SSD solid state drives, storage systems, etc., and has mass-produced 8 SSD master control chips so far, all of which have been successfully taped out at one time, covering from SATA to PCIe, from consumer, enterprise to industrial.
Among them, the consumer-grade main controller is Shasta (IG5208), Shasta+ (IG5216), RainierPC (IG5236), and RainierQX (IG5220).
The enterprise-level master includes RainierDC (IG5636), TACOMA (IG5669), and Rainiers (IG5600).
InnoGrit® has also developed two enterprise-level SSD products, which are made in China from the main control to the flash memory.
NVME's Dongting-N1 series, the main controller RainierDC, supports PCIe 40 x4, with 3D ETLC flash memory, DDR4 cache, maximum capacity 768TB, sequential read/write 72gb/s、4.8GB s, steady-state random read/write consistency 99.
SATA's Dongting-S1 series, the main control rainiers, supports SATA 6Gbps, with 3D ETLC slave flash memory, DDR4 LPDDR4 cache, and a maximum capacity of 768TB, support national secrets.
In terms of Zhaoxin, it has mastered the core technology of R&D and design of x86 architecture independent general-purpose processors and its system platform chips, and has developed and mass-produced 6 generations and 11 products.
