4.Add the fatty pieces, stir-fry until it changes color, add soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and sugar to taste, and stir-fry evenly.
5.Add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
6.Remove the stewed fatty meat and leave the soup for later use.
7.Add the chopped crucian carp pieces to the broth, cover and cook for 10 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
8.Serve the boiled Tai'an fish, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
Notes:1When simmering fatty meat, you can add the right amount of seasoning according to your personal taste to adjust the taste.
2.When boiling crucian carp, it is not advisable to cook it for too long to avoid the fish becoming old and hard.
