Chongqing, February 4 (Reporter Zhong Yi) On the 3rd, the China One Township One Product Digital Economy Innovation Base (hereinafter referred to as the Innovation Base), led by the China Association for the Promotion of Nationalities (hereinafter referred to as the China Civil Trade), was officially launched in Xiantao Data Valley, Yubei District, Chongqing.
The innovation base will combine the development characteristics of Chongqing, gather various service institutions and industrial resources, focus on the formation of optimized links in characteristic industrial design, cultural and creative industries, e-commerce, scientific research, talents, etc., innovate service methods, and build a one-stop overall solution platform to help rural revitalization.

According to reports, in February 2023, Chongqing Municipality signed a four-party strategic cooperation agreement with China Civil Trade, Jiangnan University, and China Urban and Rural Holding Group to plan to promote the settlement of innovation bases in Chongqing.
The unveiling of the innovation base is mainly composed of the China Civil Trade Office in Chongqing, a township and a product service organization, a township and a product marketization general platform company, a township and a product upstream and downstream industrial cluster, a township and a product double pilot industrial park, etc., which will gradually undertake the industry service functions of China's "6+3" system of one township and one product in the country, and participate in the national rural revitalization project in the market through the establishment of a platform company for the market-oriented operation of one township and one product.
Lan Jun, President of China Civil Trade, said that China Civil Trade will focus on the iterative upgrading of Chongqing's industry and the list of resource needs of the agricultural and food industry chain, rely on the innovation base to deepen and expand the "social resources + industry + high-end research institute", and focus on Chongqing's key areas of food and agricultural products to create standards, attract talents, gather capital, strengthen the chain, cultivate brands, and develop industries.
At the same time, China Civil Trade will focus on promoting the "four-chain integration" of Chongqing's innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain and talent chain, especially the innovation base will closely follow Chongqing's development needs to promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, enhance the industrial level and competitiveness, and accelerate the development of new quality productivity, promote the resonance of digital intelligence technology and the real economy at the same frequency, and mobilize, guide and support member enterprises to achieve supply and demand matching, collaborative innovation, achievement sharing and ecological renewal with the industrial chain of Chongqing's "33618" modern manufacturing cluster system.
